Ad men (or women) have a lot to answer for. 

I would like to meet the person that decided "fun size" actually means "small". 

Why can't you buy a small coffee these days? And why is a medium coffee larger than any human could possibly drink in one coffee break?

And why is this ice cream full of joy?

    I was confused when 'grab and go' crisp packets were invented. What should I do with non-grab and go crisps? JT

      I get concerned when I get offered "cash back" in Sainsburys. How does that work? Am I supposed to split the money with the cashier and hope security doesn't spot us?

The white stuff

Here's a high key picture.  This splendid bloom is presented against a white background to captivate and impress.  This is not a studio picture, I found the subject in a garden we visited. In fact the method I used was to photograph the flower from below and I used the grey sky as a backdrop.  Suitable application of exposure compensation pushes the entire image towards white and gives it the high key look.
