What?

What is this? I hear you ask, dear reader.

Well, these are homes for Solitary Bees. I'm not so certain what solitary Bees will make of living so close together. They may demand detached houses. We shall have to see how it works out this summer.

The solitary bit reminds me of that famous poem.

I wandered lonely as a cloud
That floats on high o'er hills and vales
When all at once I saw a crowd:
A host of golden Daffodales.

Hmm. Maybe Wordsworth was having an off day when he penned that.
